OBJECT TO MARK

For this exercise i chose a duck. We had to pick a picture and simplify it as much as you could. I would guess that this assignemnt was the funnest but also the hardest. I didnt know how to use illustrator so it was a struggle. The top one is supposed to be my last final work but i thought it looked kind of weird. I adjusted some details based on the feedback i got in class and thats what i ended up with.

Borders

BORDERS

The assignment consisted on doing borders or frames around a simple logo of your choosing. When i started doing it i felt like only doing round borders because they were the simplest to do but i also wanted to do a variety of borders. That's when i decided to play around with different shapes and ended up with the bottom borders.

This assignment was fun because you had to come up with different patterns. I only did simple patterns but i think they are good examples of what was required for the assignment. We were only supposed to do 2 but i could not decide on which ones so i ended up uploading these 3 below.

This assignment was relatively easy. At first i started putting random colors but it was not looking good so i had to started thinking of a better way to put them so i had to change colors around. For the second part of the assignment i just placed text and pictures to a place that looked good in my eyes. It was easier than the first part.

 In the assignment below we had to design a poster. I decided to do my poster on childhood obesity, hopefully the poster shows that theme because if it does not it means i did not do a good job.

WORKING WITH COLOR

The first part of the assignment where we had to find images and draw out the colors was easy. All you had to do was find pictures on the internet and use the eyedropper tool to extract the different color from the images. Part B of the assignment was different and more complicated because sometimes i could find enough word to fill out the page.
